It consists of different, individually designed yet traditional houses situated in close proximity to the beach of Nellikunu, just south of Kovalam.

We want our centre to be your home in this tropical part of southern India where, while enjoying your Ayurveda treatment, you can recuperate and reenergize. For your ideal convalescence you can enjoy this Ayurveda centre right on the beach. Within a few minutes’ walk you will have a lonesome, untouched beach all to yourself. Thousands of years of Ayurveda Treatment, Panchakarma Therapy for example, will cleanse your body of deposits accumulated in western civilization, bringing you back to physical, as well as psychological balance.
At the same time, taking you on little excursions, we would like to acquaint you with the unique culture of India.
To have you experience traditional ceremonies and attend cultural performances such as concerts in Trivandrum is as much of our concern as traditional, Indian cuisine and daily life of Kerala, all of which you will get to experience on these excursions.
Enjoy a corresponding atmosphere in any of our, altogether, 31 rooms.
The upscale category of the traditional teak houses feature amenities of modern life, enriched with traditional commodities such as Thookkuvilakku (hanging oil lamps) as well as cooling from the water basin in the courtyard of Nalukettu, the old house.
You can choose from beach cottages in the style of Travancore houses, a sanctuary with yard view or the eagles’ haven. For each preference we have a suitable location to offer.

Upper property:
Old House
2 rooms in a 90 year old Kerala House. Rosewood ceiling, teak wardrobe, two single beds. Shower, light blue tiles in the bathroom. Before the House is a sitting area with view to the garden and a terrace behind it.
Cottages
Cottage 104: remote Single-Cottage, furnishing of good value. Rosewood panelling, teak furniture, modern shower with bathtub. Cuddly overgrown sitting area in front of the house. (No lake view!).
Cottage 105: has the same interior, beautiful garden and lake view. Shady sitting area opposite of 105 for both cottages.
Teakwood House
5 spacious rooms in a very beautiful, traditional Teakwood house surrounded by a neat garden. Beautiful carvings outside. 108: with lake view. (Inside dark because of the Teakwood).
Hide Out
4 rooms in a row under the Teakwood house level. Standard rooms with bathroom/WC. Orchard view. Outside the rooms is an elongated terrace.

Sea property:
Beach cottages
10 Beach cottage rooms, standard furnishing. 8 cottages with 2 rooms in a cottage on a coconut plantation. 309: remote single cottage. 310: single cottage at the entrance with a beautiful garden. 301-309: partial sea view.
Beach House
4 rooms with beautiful view of Nellikunnu beach. Same standard as the beach cottages, but much smaller. Sitting area in front of the rooms with direct access to the beach.
Eagles Nest
3 rooms directly at the beach. Simple, small rooms with bathroom/WC. Terrace in front of the room with direct access to the beach. Beautiful sea view. 404: Room departed in two small rooms, ideal as a separate double room or workplace.
The Ayurveda Centre is on the Sea property. For the way of 250 meters village street can be used a Jeep transfer.
