GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE RESORT

CLEAN TEXTILES

Upon arrival a bath robe with thongs to wear after treatments will be at your disposal.
Any Ayurvedic treatments include oil massages and the application of essences on your skin, which naturally leads to oily residues and stains on bath robes, towels, pillows and sheets. Unfortunately, these remain even after intensive washing as in India laundry is only done using cold water. Nevertheless, we assure you that all textiles are being cleaned hygienically.

MOSQUITO NETS

In case you’d like to use a mosquito net in your room and there’s none installed, please inform the reception which will make sure to install one shortly.

ROOM SERVICE

The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. Sheets and towels are replaced. Should you have any wishes or complaints, please do not hesitate to inform the reception.

RIKSHA AND TAXI SERVICE

We’ll be more than happy to order a taxi or Riksha for you should you wish to explore the vicinity.
Please do understand that there might be a waiting period. The drivers booked by us stand in our highest regard.

INSECTS AND SMALL ANIMALS

Dear guest,
welcome to a land of everlasting summer. Here, you might encounter small animals far more frequently than you are used to from your home country. We offer mosquito nets to protect you from mosquitos. In the evening, long-sleeved clothes and socks can be worn. There’s a possibility you’ll share your room with small bugs, spiders, caterpillars and geckos (which may leave feces like mice). Those small animals aren’t dangerous, though. Being an Ayurvedic resort we try to avoid chemicals. Should you feel uncomfortable due to small animals in your room, please contact the reception.

EXCURSIONS

We’re more than happy to inform you about possible excursions and also arrange these for you. The reception also will book flight tickets for you and provide acknowledgments of receipt if you so wish.
