Tour plan
Day one: Departure
Departure from any airport with the airline of your choice.
Day 2-3: Trivandrum – Varkala
Arrival in Trivandrum, Kerala’s capital in South India. Meeting point Varkala Beach Resort, directly on the beach, where you’ll be able to arrive, relax and get accustomed to your new surroundings.
Day 4: Houseboat
Today, you’ll be travelling Backwater. An unforgettable ride on a house boat along the vast fresh water canal system is awaiting you. From the deck, you’ll be able to observe the daily life of the locals living by the water. Delicious Keralite dishes and an overnight stay on the water complete this experience. Pure romance!
Day 5 – 6: Cochin
Breakfast aboard the house boat. In the afternoon, transfer from Alleppey to Cochin. Interesting visit to Fort Cochin and a Kathakali dancing temple.

A train trip to Vaitheeswaran Koil with one of the oldest palm leaf libraries in the world. Domestic flight from Madurai to Cochin. Ride through the Cardamon Hills / Western Ghats to the palace in the mountains.
