This very special Ayurveda Centre was built on top of a vast estate, surrounded by succulent greens. It is a former residence of members from a royal Keralese family which got remodeled by a local doctor family in a very elaborate way. The location has a very special, authentic and unique atmosphere. Guests will receive a royal welcome upon their arrival. One can’t help the impression of becoming member of an old, ancient nobility him or herself.

In 2005, we were awarded the Green-Leaf-Award by the Kerala government for best Ayurveda practice.

The doctors and therapists at the Palace in the Hills have many years of experience in the individual treatment of back pain, arthritis, neurological issues, insomnia, and obesity. The resort also offers, among other things, specialised beauty and detoxification programs.
Duration of the treatments varies depending on medical diagnosis and your physician’s instructions. Therapeutic programs can be modified individually to meet the guest’s specific needs according to his reaction to the treatment.
Yoga, cooking and massage programs are also available on request during the low season. Please enquire about course fees if interested.
